About the Role

ThriveNeuro is seeking skilled and compassionate Trainee Behaviour Analysts to join our growing clinical team. Working primarily with children and young adults on the autism spectrum and with other special needs. Successful applicants will design and deliver evidence-based ABA interventions across home, school, and community settings.

This is a meaningful, hands-on role suited to practitioners who combine clinical rigour with genuine warmth — those who understand that sustainable progress is built on trust, consistency, and individualised support. You will operate as part of a multidisciplinary network, supervised by qualified BCBAs or UKBA (cert) practitioners, and supported by an organisation that invests seriously in your professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement individualised ABA programmes, applying evidence-based techniques to promote positive behavioural outcomes and meaningful skill acquisition.

  • Adapt teaching materials and delivery approaches to reflect each client's unique learning profile, pace, and preferences.

  • Collaborate proactively with parents, school staff, and allied health professionals to ensure coherent, consistent implementation of strategies across all environments.

  • Coach and support parents and caregivers in generalising behavioural strategies to the home environment, providing clear guidance and ongoing encouragement.

  • Maintain accurate, timely records of client progress, documenting data against individualised goals and contributing to programme reviews.

  • Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions with a BCBA or UKBA (cert) to review intervention strategies, reflect on practice, and support your continued development.

  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding, and professional ethics, in full compliance with KCSIE guidance and ThriveNeuro's internal policies.

Essentials

  • A degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour Support

  • Previous experience as an ABA/PBS tutor working with children and/or young adults, particularly in home or school settings, is highly desirable.

  • Solid understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

  • Demonstrated passion for providing care and support, characterized by patience and empathy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

  • Must have eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

  • Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical practices in behavior analysis

Why Join ThriveNeuro?

  • Competitive, transparent pay. A salary range that reflects your experience, with clear progression as your skills grow.

  • Structured clinical supervision. Regular sessions with qualified BCBAs or UKBA (cert) practitioners to support your development and the quality of your practice.

  • Genuine career development. Access to ongoing training, CPD opportunities, and a pathway towards further qualification within the field of behaviour analysis.

  • A supportive, values-led culture. We are a team that takes the wellbeing of our practitioners seriously — because practitioners who feel supported deliver better outcomes for the children they work with.

  • Meaningful work at scale. The opportunity to effect real, lasting change in the lives of neurodivergent children and their families — at a company with the reach to make that impact felt nationally.
